The area where the operational and administrative headquarters are located, in Albisola Superiore, in Via della Pace, was originally owned by the missionary friars of the local community.

The entrepreneurial vision of the Del Grande family captures in that plot of land an excellent solution for the realization of a dream: from a small workshop to a more structured entity. This passage, however, required a total reassessment of the area in question, of about 10,000 square meters.
The investment made, in addition to the natural positive reflection in terms of employment for the community, has also allowed a complete work of restructuring the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Peace, still today an important place of pilgrimage and dynamic meeting point that characterizes the small town of Albisola Superiore, where the Del Grande family lives and works.
